Good old flintlocks, nice big bore on those, just a bit smelly and lots of smoke!

A couple of weeks ago I went to a civil war re-enactment (ours not yours), lots of fun watching those royalists firing of their flintlocks.
Would not want to be hit by those lead balls,

BTW those black powder, 2 pounder cannons make a hell of a bang.
